LAMAI PISOMPUVAAN OM KAAMATAN PAGANAKAN DI LEE BUATI 2012

30TH JUNE 2012 added another memorable event in our Sunduvan Calendar as Lamai Pisompuvaan om Kaamatan Paganakan di Lee Buati  was successfully held at Dewan Raya Kg.Mahandoi, Penampang.

At the last beat of the Gong, The event was officiated by our honorable elder, Miontong Paganakan Lee Buati, Gundohing Mailap Lee Buati at the side of his brothers and sisters.

The event was hosted by our beautiful & talented Ms.Lalitha Sundram and foreword speech by Mr.Madris Lee Buati while Mr.Gilbert Dusti represented the Mohoingan Lee Buati.

" Tidak dinafikan bahawa tugas ahli jawatankuasa adalah amat mencabar untuk menganjurkan acara seumpama ini kerana ini adalah acara pertama keluarga Sunduvan berkumpul semula setelah 16 tahun menyepi. Namu hari ini menjadi satu sejarah istemewa untuk keluarga kita berkumpul semula, beramah mesra di kalangan anak, cucu, cicit Lee Buati sambilmenyaksikan acara persembahan yang kami telah sediakan. Walaupun bukan semua ahli keluarga dapat datang menyertai, namun ia tetap menjadi titik permulaan penyatuan keluarga kita semula. Saya ingin berterima kasih kepada semua ahli keluarga sunduvan yang telah memberikan tenaga, masa, kewangan, peralatan, nasihat, komen dan bimbingan dalam merancang acara ini. Memang saya akui banyak kepincangan dan kelemahan yang boleh diperbaiki lagi di peringkat mesyuarat dari segi perancangan, penganjuran serta perlaksanaan acara. Semua kepincangan ini pihak Youth akan jadikan iktibar untuk memperbaikinya dalam acara lain. Tidak juga saya lupa kepada semua AJK yang telah mengorbankan masa dan tenaga untuk sama-sama merancang dan melaksanakan semua acara dalam perayaan kita pada hari ini. Harapan saya agar lebih banyak acara-acara lain akan dapat dianjurkan pada masa akan datang demi untuk mengeratkan tali persaudaraan antara kita sekeluarga.  "

INSIGHTS

Families were feasted with Our Kadazan Tradition of Magavau ceremony that was led by Mr.Patrick Bungut of Hibabou Kg.Mahandoi.

As afternoon arrives, families was invited to a lunch buffet ( By Anutapura Catering owned by Mr&Mrs Abdul Kadir ) where a meal prayer was led by Mr.Pailus Tudus. Meanwhile, a slideshow of our family tree which was prepared by Mr.Erispin Lee was presented.

PERFORMANCE

Event continued to showcase our little Sunduvans performing their Cowgirl Twist that was directed by Ms.Suzie Impak.

And goes on presenting the "Singing Duo" a father-son individual performance by Mr.Rudy Pailus and his amazing son Mr.Eiffel Paul Pailus.

KOTOBIAN TADAU TAGAZO DO KAAMATAN 2012


The Bowling tournament was held successfully on June 3, 2012 at CPS Bowling Center, Bringing more members of the Sunduvan to join the event. It was such a blessing that everybody took the chance to meet and introduce themselves to other family member,both youngsters and elders alike. Truly amazing how one sport can bring out a congregation. Our standing ovation goes to each AJK for making this event successful. A Job well done indeed.

How to Add Members to Fb Group

Kopivosian Sunduvans,

Please be informed that all members in FB Group can add new members directly without admin rights.

Here's how you can add new members :

• Log in to your Facebook Account and Go to Sunduvan Lee Buati Group
• On the right corner, you will see how many members in total and newly added members in the group
• Below it is a box stating ( + Add friends to group ).  ** Refer Image **
• Click Inside the box and type friend's name to add to group

( However, there are restriction apply to both members and admin to add new members to group.)

A Group member can only add new member if that person is already in their friend's list. Thus, it is impossible for admins to directly add new member in concern of this matter.

*Please be notified that admins have been inviting members through fb messages should that person is not in their friend's list.

Also, adding new members can only be done via general browser - IE, Chrome , Firefox , etc. 

We hope this will help all Sunduvans to add new members and welcome them to Sunduvan Lee Buati.

There is so much to share and already invitations of upcoming activities has been posted out. Let's keep the Sunduvan alive and TOGETHER, WE CAN MAKE IT HAPPEN.
